COVID19 Update

Fable Terrace Downs Resort continues to welcome you to stay, eat and play at our Resort.

During this time the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff, and community is our top priority. To help keep you safe Terrace Downs Resort has implemented the following measures to help prevent the spread of COVID19.

We have:

  • increased our cleaning of common touch areas and surfaces in all public areas
  • increased the availability of hand sanitiser in all public areas
  • Added some changes to golf such as – leaving the flags in on the greens and we have removed the bunker rakes.

How can you help?

Do not come to the Resort if you are feeling unwell.

Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitiser.

Avoid close contact with anyone with flu like symptoms.

Sneeze into a tissue or your elbow.

Please understand that we are making changes to our usual practices and the staff are doing their best to adapt from their usual routines to serve you.

 

Need to cancel your booking?

Please let us know if you are changing your plans.

Will I get a refund?

For booking affected by the restrictions imposed by authorities, we will refund your deposit. If your booking was made after the restrictions came into place standard cancellation terms apply. Please contact us if you need to cancel as we are looking at refunds on a case by case basis.
